Acting on behalf of the Berners Allsopp Estate, HMC has overseen the remodelling of the ground floor at Woolverstone House, Berners Street, W1,

so as to create a spacious, modern entrance lobby to the office element, and at the same time, enhance the arrangement of the retail unit. HMC then successfully let the ground floor and basement to Denny Uniform so as to create a new flagship unit for the well-known, Royally appointed supplier of uniforms and workwear. Denny took a 15 year lease at a rent of £140,000 pa. The vacant 4th floor office space has also been let by HMC to multinational outsourcing and distribution company, BUNZL UK Ltd, at a rent of £143,000 pa.
