Acting on behalf of Trinity College London, HMC has secured further office space at AMP House, Croydon.
Totalling just over 6,000 sq ft, Trinity has leased an additional unit adjacent to its existing space on the 10th floor, plus the entire south wing on the 7th floor. Rents of £18.50 per sq ft were agreed subject to rent free packages.
