Following the redevelopment of 41-44 Berners Street, the 7-storey building at 42 Berners Street W1, has been pre-let to FORA Space.

The flexible office providers have signed a new 20 year lease on this 26,500 sq ft brand new, Grade A office building, with Ground floor A1/A3.  HMC acted for the Berners-Allsopp Estate as development consultants, project managers and letting agents.
