Second Move for Third Energy

HMC acted for Third Energy Limited in its move from Portland House, SW1 to 1-4 Grosvenor Place, SW1 – the second relocation to be handled by HMC.

Third Energy, who recently obtained planning consent for a landmark fracking operation in North Yorkshire, has acquired a new lease on 3,000 sq ft at a rent of £29.50 per sq ft after securing an early surrender from its existing lease and dilapidations at Portland House.
