Acting on behalf of the UK Fashion & Textile Association (UKFT), HMC has let the ground floor at 3 Queen Square, WC1 and renewed the lease on the 1st floor.

The ground floor of some 1,500 sq ft was taken by funding specialists URICA Ltd whilst management consultants, Mannaz, have renewed on the 2,750 sq ft 1st floor. Both lease were at rents in the mid £50s.
