Acting on behalf of photo booth operator Photo-Me International, HMC has sold the freehold interest in PMI House, Bookham, Surrey.

HMC carried out a review of Photo-Me's property holdings and considered the option of a sale of the building for development purposes.  Under instructions from HMC, architects Sawkings Norton and planning specialists Rolfe Judd, secured Permitted Development Rights for residential conversion to 19 apartments, following which HMC carried out a marketing campaign leading to a sale of the building to developers Shanley Homes.  A price of just over £2.5m was achieved for the building comprising some 11,800 sq ft of office space.
