NFU Knightsbridge Consent

Acting as asset manager, HMC has secured planning consent for the extension and refurbishment of 25 Knightsbridge, SW1 on behalf of National Farmers Union (NFU). The building is held as a long term investment by the NFU, who will now carry out the development to create 28,000 sq ft of grade A office space in this prime location overlooking Hyde Park. HMC are further retained to project manage the £3m development contract and to act as letting agents on the finished scheme.
