NFU Banks Major Pre-let

The National Farmers Union Trust Co. has secured an off-market pre letting of the whole of 25 Knightsbridge, SW1 to Emirates National Bank of Dubai on a lease for 20 years without break. The 25,000 sq ft building will be refurbished by NFU starting in 2016, and the Bank will move from its current location in Basil Street during summer 2017. NFU was advised by HMC who are also retained to project manage the refurbishment contract.
