Newmarket on their Travels

Specialist travel company Newmarket Travel has leased c 17,000 sq ft at Cantium House, Wallington, Surrey from Palmer Capital.

Advised by HMC, Newmarket will occupy the ground and 1st floors for a term of 10 years, subject to a break after 5 years, at a rent of £15.50 per sq ft. This acquisition runs in tandem with the proposed sale of Newmarket’s existing headquarters, which is also being handled by HMC. HMC are further retained to design and project manage the fitting out of Cantium House.
