Following the successful letting of 42 Berners Street a property immediately to the rear of the site, 14-17 Wells Mews, became available when the previous tenant Framestore decided to vacate in June 2020.
Terms for a pre-let were agreed with FORA for them to take a 20 year lease on the entire building of just over 20,000 sq ft to accommodate future expansion. The terms of the pre-let were conditional on the landlords completing a scheme of works. The refurbishment was completed in December 2020 on time and FORA are currently fitting out the space as flexible offices with generous break out areas and Gym/Wellbeing facilities.
