Almost immediately following the marketing launch, HMC has successfully let the penthouse floor at Derwent London’s Charlotte Building.

The grade A office floor of just under 6,000 sq ft was leased by accountancy firm Kingston Smith for its media division. Kingston Smith took a new 10 year lease at a rent of £82.50 per sq ft rising to a minimum of £85 per sq ft at the end of the 5th year.
