On behlaf of hedge fund Pharo Advisors, HMC has secured the third floor at 8 Lancelot Place, Knightsbridge SW7.
Comprising some 6,300 sq ft of grade A office space, Pharo has taken an assignment of a lease at a rent of £530,000 pa from Capula Investment Services.
