Acting on behalf of architects, Chapman Taylor LLP, HMC has let the part ground floor at 10 Eastbourne Terrace, London W2 to insurance specialist, the Innovation Group Ltd.

The floor was taken on a lease until June 2013 at a rent of £52.50 per sq ft, subject to review after 5 years.
