HMC has let 19-21 Mortimer Street, W1 to leading post production company, Envy.

HMC previously acted in buying in the long leasehold interest for the freeholder, the Berners-Allsop Estate and have now secured a pre-let to Envy on the 11,500 sq ft building. Envy are taking a new 10 year lease at a rent of £575,000, subject to completion of a £1m refurbishment scheme which is also being project managed by HMC.
