Acting on behalf of Henderson Central London Office Fund, HMC has let the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th floors at Corinthian House, Tottenham Court Road, WC1.

Totalling some 21,600 sq ft the floors were taken by Pearl and Dean Cinemas Ltd, TRI ventures Ltd, Red Planet Pictures Ltd and Goodstuff Communications Ltd all on short leases at rents of just over £40 per sq ft.
