City Breakthrough

Following the merger of leading breast cancer charities Breakthrough Breast Cancer and Breast Cancer Campaign, HMC was instructed to find a new headquarters for the combined operation.

With rapidly rising rents in London but a need to retain a central location the task wasn’t easy, but the 5th floor at Ibex House, Minories, EC3 was identified and a deal agreed at £40 per sq ft but, importantly for the charity, with no VAT. The new charity will take the entire 20,000 sq ft refurbished floor on a ten year lease with a break after 5 years.
