On behalf of Derwent London, HMC acted in the pre-letting of the 90,000 sq ft Copyright House, Berners Street, W1 to major consulting firm Capita.

Copyright House will be a brand new, grade A office development with retail and restaurants on the ground floor, which Derwent will complete in Q2 2017. Capita have agreed to lease the entire office element at a rent of £7.4m pa based on a 20 year lease with break option after 15 years.
