Getting the kids back to school was particularly taxing this year for HMC.  Fulham Boys School in West London was due to carry out a permanent relocation until problems occurred with development of their new site.

HMC were bought in to help secure a lease on temporary premises at Beaumont Avenue W14, along with temporary planning consent for educational use on the former industrial premises - previously a mannequin factory.  HMC then project managed the design and £1 million contact to upgrade and re-model the premises suitable for school use, with the key deadline being the start of the new academic year.  The boys may not have been delighted, but the autumn term commenced without delay.
