Following the review of Photo-Me's property holdings and the sale of its former HQ in Bookham, Surrey, HMC has secured a lease at Longmead Industrial Estate.

The building providing 16,000 sq ft of office and industrial space was taken on a new 10 year lease at a rent of £162,000 pa plus rent free. The building will become Photo-Me's new UK headquarters.
