Building Surveyor
Since joining HMC’s building surveying team in early 2010 Chris has successfully procured, managed and delivered small to medium scale commercial construction projects. His contractual roles have extended to lead architect, contract administrator, project manager and CDM Co-ordinator. Chris has led projects for many high profile organisations including the University of Westminster and Premier Oil and has supported large scale construction projects for the National Farmers Union, Genesis Investment Management and UKFT Association.
Further to his experience in contract construction, Chris is also proficient in professional surveying. His capacity in this field ranges from agreeing party wall awards to producing and negotiating dilapidation claims.
